This position will be based in Cuautitlan, Izcalli
You would be required to travel up to 50% of your time.
The start date for Future Talent Program will be the February 3rd, 2025.
Suggested majors: Engineering or related.
**What you will do**:
As a Future Talent Automation Engineer you will:
- Develop technical documentation for projects focused on plant functionalities.
- Support and learn internal simulation tests and support Factory Acceptance Tests with customer.
- Help maintain and update Markets reusable solutions.
- Participate in simulation, startup, and commissioning of systems/modules.
- Develop technical solutions in projects, provide support in problem solving, participate in technical discussions with customers and suppliers.
- Learn and get experience in process or automation engineering with a desire to learn more about the opposite discipline
- Have commissioning experience and the desire to continue supporting commissioning efforts
- Learn more about our systems such as SkyNet and Tetra Plantmaster
- Develop your problem-solving mindset
**We believe you have**:
- Recent graduated of an Engineering degree in Robotics, Mechatronics, Automation and Control or related.
- AutoCAD knowledge is a plus
- English and Spanish conversational skills are required
- Previous internships or projects utilizing PLC's Siemens/Rockwell and SCADA programming and networks is strongly preferred
- Microsoft Office knowledge
- Interest in equipment and machinery, as well as technical engineering negotiations, all Tetra Pak's portfolio.

- Finished or will finish your studies by December 2024 or January 2025.
- Intermediate or Advanced English level
- Experience or knowledge in Microsoft office: Excel, Word, Power Point, etc.
