This position will be based in Cuautitlan, Izcalli
You would be required to travel up to 20% of your time.
The start date for Future Talent Program will be the February 3rd, 2025.
Suggested majors: Engineering or related.

**What you will do**:
As an Upgrades Projects Engineer, we develop and deliver technical solutions to our customers as part of the Upgrades team. This is an opportunity to interface with our extensive customer base and provide industry-leading processing solutions. This opportunity offers unlimited career growth with an industry leader.

As a Future Talent Upgrades Projects Engineer you will:

- Learn about Branded Process Units Functionality and basics of Project Management to understand different tollgates in a project.
- Support projects from a conceptual development phase (sales) through implementation to start of commercial operation.
- Work in a multi-project environment where the role adapts to the needs of each individual project.
- Act with full responsibility for technical solution and quality aspects of project performance, while securing project management buy in and being aligned with a focus on customer needs and satisfaction.
- Work with customers and colleagues in an international environment, but also utilize and collaborate with resources throughout the entire organization.

**We believe you have**:

- Recent graduated of an Engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering or related.
- AutoCAD knowledge is a plus
- English and Spanish conversational skills are required
- Microsoft Office knowledge
- Have analytical and communication skills, taking initiative, team player, and willing to be part of this multicultural company.
