As a G2M Business Process Specialist, you will be part of the Product Marketing Business Process Management Team where you will play a vital role in managing and optimizing our global go-to-market business process deliverables, ensuring seamless standardization, and driving continuous improvement.As a go-to person, you will own change management, establish critical interfaces, and foster knowledge sharing within our marketing communities.In your new role, you will:Manage a segment of global go-to-market business process deliverables.Ensure adaptability and standardization of process deliverables across all divisions.Own change management of process deliverables and process improvements.Establish an interface between a go-to-market process and go-to-market deliverables processes.Own and maintain process documentation and trainings.Act as a go-to person for go-to-market business processes.Foster knowledge exchange and best practices sharing within marketing communities.Support global projects.As a highly skilled and ambitious professional, you bring together exceptional analytical skills, strategic thinking, and outstanding communication abilities to drive business success.You're poised to make a lasting impact with a collaborative mindset, a relentless drive for results, and a passion for continuous learning and growth.You are best equipped for this task if you have:A degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field of studies.At least 5 years of work experience in Business Process Management.Experience in Marketing processes management.Experience in the Semiconductor or High-tech Industry.Experience in data analysis and reporting would be a plus.Experience in Project Management would be a plus.Fluency in English (mandatory).Please send us your CV in English.#J-18808-Ljbffr
