.Vehicle Process Engineer Cars will develop processes for Body in White, Trim, Chassis, Engine Dress and Final line operations from vehicle design concept through in plant vehicle launch. This position will be responsible for Body in White (BIW) & General Assembly TCF (GA) Manufacturing Process Design, Process Documentation creation (Process Description, Process Graphics, Parts, Weld Schedule, Tools, Process & Material Standards), PFMEA's development and Process Feasibility Studies. These documents will need to be created in both Spanish and English.**Using tools such as**: Teamcenter (Vis Pro, Vis Mockup and Vis Jack), NX, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Visio), Stellantis Automated Manufacturing Planning Systems AMPS, Stellantis base Web Engineering Bill of Material EBOM, Stellantis Web BeStandard and Stellantis base Rumba.The person in this position will write detailed process instructions for BIW, Trim, Chassis, Engine Dress and Final line including all process steps and create graphics using CAD systems in AMPS. The Process Engineer will interface with Product Engineering to ensure product design feasibility for manufacturing and develop and lead PFMEAs with cross functional teams, report out findings and implement improvements. The Process Engineer understands vehicle GD&T and works with Product Engineering counterparts to ensure that locating schemes are production process feasible. This position manages root cause analysis utilizing using Kaizen Methodology 5W +1H, Fishbone diagrams, 5 why's, etc. and interfaces with Mexico plants and Product Engineering at Headquarters Technology Center & Santa Fe Mexico.**Basic Qualifications**: B achelor's degree in engineering or science 5+ years' experience in manufacturing process, PFMEA development, Proficient in Microsoft Office Excel, Word and PowerPoint Knowledge, Excellent English and Spanish Verbal & Written Bilingual Skills with the ability to perform bilingual processes and deal with variety of people at all levels within the organization.**Experience in**: Teamcenter, NX, AutoCAD, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Visio) and manage multiple projects at same time working in a fast-paced challenging environment to interface with Mexico Plants and CTC Product Engineering Personnel**Preferred Qualifications**: Bachelor's d egree in manufacturing engineering, Electrical Engineering, or other technical field 5+ years' automotive engineering experience, Expertise in Teamcenter Vis Pro and Vis Mockup, manufacturing tooling, understand vehicle GD&T Experience, AMPS Automated Manufacturing Planning System, Engineering Build of Material EBOM, STV's, Product Series Cards, Vehicle Program Bulletins, Process & Design Tool experience, CN's Product Change Notes and Kaizen MethodologyOur benefits reflects the FCA commitment to helping you reach your personal and professional goals
