Game Economy Designer

We are seeking a talented and experienced Game Economy Designer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, balancing, and optimizing the in-game economy. You will work closely with game designers and developers to ensure a rewarding and engaging experience for our players.

**Requirements**:

- Design and balance in-game economies, including currency systems, resource management, progression systems, and player rewards.
- Analyze player data and feedback to identify and address imbalances and optimize the economic systems.
- Collaborate with game designers, developers, and data analysts to integrate economic systems seamlessly into the overall game design.
- Develop and maintain documentation for economic systems, including formulas, tables, and detailed explanations.
- Create simulations and models to predict the impact of changes to the economy.
- Monitor and report on the performance of the in-game economy post-launch and make data-driven adjustments as needed.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in game economy design.
