Game Producer

**Responsibilities**- Facilitate communication with all stakeholders and external partners around the world.- Lead the project to completion through all the stages of software development.- Coordinate the team to ensure smooth assignment and integration of new features.- Solid execution of task tracking, scheduling and prioritization in order to ensure an on time delivery.- Understanding of production stages: mock-up, alpha, beta, soft-launch and launch.- Familiar with the Quality Testing Process, having effective communication between our QA managers and the team.- Effective communication and report status for key updates to VIP stakeholders.**Required skills**- Passionate Gamer.- Relevant experience as a Mobile Games Producer or equivalent with 2 or more years of experience leading the production of at least 2 mobile free-to-play games.- Strong communication skills, with fluent English (written and oral).- Solid team player capable to identify and resolve conflicts with the internal team and various external partners.- Motivational leader to keep the team aligned to the same goal.- A problem solver, capable of finding best solutions to overcome a problem, ideally learning from experiences of previous projects.- Excellent planning and risk-management skills to deliver best quality within tight deadlines.- Knowledge of Jira and Confluence or diverse project management methodologies.**Optional Skills**- Quality and Assurance leadership background.- Experience with Scrum as project management methodology.Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSalario: $25,000.00 - $35,000.00 al mesBeneficios:- Días por enfermedad- Seguro de gastos médicos mayores- Seguro dental- Trabajar desde casaHorario:- DiurnoPregunta(s) de postulación:- Favor de incluir número de teléfono y correo electrónico en su currículum.
