Job DescriptionThe Gateline Sequencing Specialist: Develop gateline schedules (sequenced orders) for NA Assembly Plants adhering to the production program, supplier, and plant constraints.Lead the order flow process for product configuration tool, build code and edit errors so that we do not impact production; includes coordinating timing for buildout models, features, and optionsSet timing for the introduction of new packagesLead the material restriction meeting to coordinate with all stakeholders the timing on features and the impact to orders and the production build programCollaborate with the assembly plant management for the development of launch curves for new features/programsMust be able to work with others and build consensus to solve problemsAdjust schedules as required to sustain productionRequirements Bachelor's degreeCross-functional experience in supply chain management disciplinesPrior experience interacting with multi-disciplinary and operational teams5 + years of experience in automotiveWell organized, good planner, independent, and detail orientedProven analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities Excellent oral and written English communication skillsAbility to multitask within tight deadlinesAdvanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skillsDemonstrated ability to work effectively in global multi-cultural environments
