YOUR ROLERecover the value of credit sales in the period authorized by the company from customers under its responsibility.Reach or exceed the overdue target.Avoid or minimize bad debt.Create synergy between different areas (Sales, Customer Service, Logistics, Local Team) to solve any issues related to collections.Apply Quality Management System in accordance with ISO 9001:2015 norm in daily activities.Identify continuous improvement opportunities in the process.Provide administrative support for the process.Execute daily operations and support business functions with relevant process/technical expertise.Communicate collections results/issues with the Local Team or Collections Manager.Analyze accounts receivable transactions to ensure compliance with payment application.Review and monitor assigned accounts.Provide various monthly reporting of collections activity of assigned accounts as determined by management.
