**Additional Job Description**GBS Mfg.
Services Analyst will be in charge of:- Act as a link between the different departments and the GBS service site.- Attend customer requirements in their native language.- Attend customer phone calls and perform the standard survey.- Provide to the customer the work order number.- Input work orders in Maximo System.- Activity KPI's analysis and follow up.- Use GMS principles to deliver all services activities required by the costumers.- Execute activities on time to deliver quality service to the customers.- Support the champion of BPD & Perform different tasks in their area of responsibility to achieve BPD Goals.- Promote teamwork in the Group.- Communicated efficiently & continuously with their customers and leaders.- Promote the Continuous improvement in all the activities or process to be developed.- Implement and Standardize work procedures.- Support main activities in all areas of opportunity to provide GBS Mfg.
