GBS Mfg.
Services Engineer will be in charge of:
- Implement the Mfg.
Services activities on time based Tool gates methodology and **GMS **principles.
- Execute activities on time to deliver quality service to the customers.
- Manage an area of responsibility as champion of BPD.
- Promote teamwork in the group and keep open communication.
- Support development of direct reports.
- Promote the Continuous improvement in all the activities or process to be developed.
- Implement and Standardize work procedures.
- Identify new areas of opportunity to provide GBS Mfg.
Services based on the core business.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls requirements.
- Lead Transforming Process.
- Keep Continuous communication with clients.
**Knowledge**:
- GMS; Productivity techniques; MS Office computer systems; TPM; Maximo Software; Manufacturing and Assembly processes; GM specialized Software
- Intermediate -High English Level
- Total Improvement Process, Problem Solving Technics
**Skills**:
- Very good written and verbal communication skills.
- High computer skills with knowledge of MS Office, Preferred: knowledge about Power Bi ; Power Apps & Power Automate
- Comfort working with different cultures team members.

**Experience / Education**:
- BS in Industrial ; Mechanical, Electrical, Systems Eng.
/ Business Administration or GM equivalent experience
- Proficient on oral and written English.
- Desired Portuguese
- 2~ 3 years of experience in Materials handling, Manufacturing engineering or Maintenance engineering or Prior Business planning and Plant/Operations Experience
- People Leader experience
