**Responsibilities**:**What you will do?
**Serve as a GBS Product Cost Analyst to Operating Staff with timely and relevant reporting and analysis that drives the most informed business decisions.
Provide analysis, insights and recommendations that drive accurate product cost data of vehicles, engines, transmissions & components, supporting with first time quality the pre-closing and month end close accounting activities.- Demonstrate deep functional knowledge, had breadth of experiences to work autonomously on the most complex business issues, may assist Leadership with strategy development- Proactively analyze business results (vs. forecast, budget and prior year) to identify trends, risks and optimize business results.- Prepare reporting package with insight for monthly operating review and /or Key Performance Indicators (KPI's), anticipating logical questions based on content.- Operate autonomously, where ambiguity and time constraints exist.- Lead financial analysis as a member of cross functional teams (e.G.
OpEx, new business opportunity).- Effectively communicate financial performance and results of analysis performed to Senior Finance Leadership and key business partners anticipating questions.- Proactively seeks opportunities to grow (e.G.
develops new skills, attend training opportunities, network, feedback)**Work Appropriately**Hybrid: This position requires to work 3 days on site 2 days at home remote on a full-time basis.
**Knowledge / Qualification**:- Bachelor's Degree: Accountant, Financial, Administrative or related.- Required experience in similar position: from 1 to 3 years.- English Level: Advanced.- Key Skills: Accountant knowledge.
