As a key contributor to project leadership teams, an Project/Program Management Expert I understands best practices for project management and coaches project team members, sponsors, and partners.
They lead large or very large/high complexity projects and programs across multiple domains, technologies, regions, and business units.
They can handle global, strategic programs.

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Contribute to the achievement of business objectives through mixed project management methodologies that deliver results to the business agreed upon expectations.
- Experienced In tailored communications and project updates to multiple levels of the organization, including leadership, as well as different stakeholder teams (business, IT, vendors, customers, etc.)
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and facilitate conversations between diverse groups with diverse opinions to reach common ground and meet project objectives.
- Have the ability to implement a recommended project framework for schedule, resourcing, status, risk, work planning, and monitoring.
- Sponsor continuous improvement activities and set project management processes and policies.
**Qualifications**:
- A four-year degree or higher in Administration, Engineering, a related field or equivalent experience.
- Master degree desirable.
- Have 5+ years of experience managing complex and large-scale projects with multiple interdependencies and participating organizations.
- Knowledgeable about both waterfall and agile project management methodologies and preferably have PMP certification.
- Strong Analytical and conceptual skills.
- Strong oral and written communication skills in English, including technical writing.
- Must have a strong systems and process orientation.
- Ability to work remotely or on-site as needed.
