**Responsibilities**:
You will work on aspects of transformation and operations, at the business unit level and globally. You work largely within existing partnerships and networks to deliver pre-defined business objectives. Your role may also require working within an influence model.
**What you will do?**
- Implement the People Services activities on time based on People Services Migration Methods and GMS principles.
- Execute activities on time to deliver quality service to the customers.
- KPIs Management (Ensure delivery of services as stablished in the Global metrics
- quantitative and qualitative)
- Actively Identify opportunities in the operation processes/workflows and take advantage of analytics to implement improvements solutions
- Quality assure analysis and support and develop the analytical skills of individual team members and the wider team
- Use analysis to produce fresh, cutting-edge insight, both for projects and process.
- Promote the continuous improvement in all the activities or processes to be developed.
- Identify new areas of opportunity to provide GBS People Services along with the People Services Migration team
- Keep continuous communication with stakeholders.
- Maintain and improve KPI integrity.
- Ensure delivery of services attributed to his/her responsibility under Global metrics stablished - quantitative and qualitative;
- Deal with confidential employee information in the day-by-day activities

**Required Qualifications**:
- End to End process Management (process optimization, workflow development and management)
- Autonomy
- Self-starter / Self-motivated with ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Composure - Ability to work under pressure.
- Costumer Orientation - address complex queries to final resolution.
- Stakeholder Management - Foster a health relationship
- Analytical Thinking / attention to detail;

**Knowledge / Qualification**:
- College education degree (Complete) Mandatory
- Language skill: Fluent in English (Desired)/ Fluent in Spanish ( Mandatory)
- Proficiency in MS Office - advanced are mandatory
- Desired Knowledge: Excel Macro / Power BI / Knime
