The Global Commercial Reporting & Analytics (GCR&A) team provides scalable delivery of services across omnichannel and commercial reporting capabilities.
These services not only introduce new capabilities but also seek to drive improvements in operational costs by using shared service capabilities for 50+ Sales and Marketing companies.
It is imperative that GCR&A team focuses on optimizing our delivery models, digital, automation, driving efficiencies that impact timelines and costs and quickly scale standard processes for the benefit of the commercial business.
This team is also accountable for excellent execution which underpins the core commercial marketing activities in omnichannel and commercial Reporting and ability to inform on performance.
A key challenge will be ensuring that the Offshore Omnichannel Reporting Delivery team is operating in an optimized manner.
**Responsibilities**
The Manager, Omnichannel Reporting Delivery reports to the Director, GPO Omnichannel Reporting within the GCR&A team.
The Manager is responsible for the delivery across the entire catalog of reports developed by GCO for the omnichannel delivery model that include but are not limited to omnichannel campaign, channel & activity reporting, customer journey reporting, and objectives & key results (OKR) reporting.
The Manager ensures that partners' key reporting requirements are met, and that reports are delivered in an efficient, timely, and high-quality manner by the Offshore Omnichannel Reporting Delivery team.
The Manager must be a leader with vision that combines collaboration skills, business acuity and cultural awareness to work across departmental lines to optimize reporting calibrations and ultimately ensure GCO delivered reports can be effectively applied for commercial decision-making.
**Major Responsibilities**
- Build effective and collaborative relationships with the Offshore Omnichannel Reporting Delivery team to understand capacity, bottlenecks, report utilization, current state reporting gaps, and the solution for future reporting needs
- Provide recommendations to offshore delivery leaderships on how the team can continue to meet the needs of the business
- Continuously scans the internal and external environment to represent leading trends and practices associated with reporting software and tools, report production, visualization techniques, distribution methodologies, and how information provided in reports is used for analytics and insight generation
- As new omnichannel reports are delivered, take action to drive report adoption and continued utilization through a combination of tactics including forums, meetings, training sessions, and other support resources
**Requirements**:
**Education**:
- Bachelor's Degree
**Experience**:
- Minimum of 5 years' experience working in a role associated with reporting, analytics, and/or data management
- Demonstrated understanding of the fundamentals of digital marketing and advertising including multichannel and omnichannel
- Proven experience working with detailed report visualizations and data management
- Experience using digital marketing channels to achieve marketing goals
- Ability to explain business requirements to a technical audience
- Ability to build trusted relationships across a range of partner groups including Marketing, Analytics, Operations, and Technology
- Ability to handle multiple projects running in parallel
- Ability to drive outcomes while managing a team of indirect reports
- Project management experience including risk mitigation and planning
- Ability to influence, motivate, and inspire change
- Demonstrated experience in problem solving and continuous improvement
- Energetic, self-motivated, positive teammate
- Digital Operations experience
- Shared service experience
- Supplier management experience
**Preferred**:
- 3+ years pharmaceutical brand marketing experience
- Experience working with Power BI
- Experience with agile principles and scrum delivery model
- Experience with SQL for data exploration and basic understanding of Databases
