Your tasks
Support the Production Managers/ Production Segment for daily management tasks in the shop floor for multiple production lines. Responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of the members of his team, with the purpose fulfilling productions plan, reaching goals, using the methodologies joined the LSW (Leader Standard Work), as well as CBS methods (TPM, 5S, etc.).
Ensure proper running and goal achievements of responsibe area
Ensure quality, safety, productivity and cost awareness for area of responsibility
**Profile**:
- Supports and check the implementation of the company and the plant standards (e.g. ESD guideline, technical cleanliness, 5S, JIDOKA, )
Execute Shift Leader routines:
- Execute LSW Routines and discusses with Production Manager/ Head of Production Segment upon problems and/or deviations in routine fulfilment
- Identify systematic failures and initiate Problem Solving measures
- Coordination, support and coaching of the Line Leader in order to achieve the targets for internal production KPI(PPM, Scrap Rate, OEEm ,Rejection Rate, FPY, etc)
- Performs deviation management to react on abnormalities of targets for Safety e.g. incidents; Quality e.g. FPY, PPM, Rejection rate; Productivity e.g. OEE, line output; Cost: Scrap
- Ensure data are updated in the frequency as required in the LIB
- Participates and generates cross functional meetings in case deviations on KPIs.
- Ensure finish goods are manufactured in the right quantities, according production schedule.
- Identifies deviations related to the production schedules and performs corrective actions.
- Ensure Timely transfer of finished goods to warehouse with proper backflushing in SAP.
- Ensure there are no Inventory discrapancies on his/ her area of responsibility.
Education, based on local requirements; Bachelor's degree.
Minimum 5 years of experience in manufacturing or in a related industry. Experience in automotive business (approx. 2 years) and understanding of automotive environment.
