THE POSITION
Ensure the introduction of manufacturing technologies with the best quality, cost, and time following the company standards.
1- Proactively searches, Identifies, and locally Implements best practices and systematic approach on his/her field of expertise.
- Securing state of the art Technology for own expert field including development process and quality
- Continuously analyzing own expert field for future developments
- Visiting fairs, generally being up to date regarding further inputs and contacts
2-Contributes in the development of opportunities leading to new business and or important equipment/processes/raw material savings, including but not limited to:
- Anticipating customer's technology demands
- Searching for new ideas and patents in own expert field internally
3-Mentors others in technical career development, acts as a role model for achieving successful technical impact by:
- Networking and cooperation with internal partners
- Knowing experts in other project teams for own expert field and building up contacts for knowledge exchange
- Publishing internal articles/giving lectures to share knowledge within own team
- Participation in knowledge sharing communities

**Qualifications**:
- Bachelors degree in Mechatronic, Mechanic, or related field
- At least 5 years working experience in the automotive or consumer electronics industry in a variety of functions.
Technical experience and introduction of test equipment and / or mechanical assembly over 4 years.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as Equipment Project Manager, New Product Launch Manager, IE team lead, or similar roles with coordination responsibilities
- Problem Solving experience (Green Belt)
- Experience in machine and equipment development, dealing with mechanical design, automation and testing.
- Negotiation Techniques
- Excellent communication skills in English
