Tasks- Supports HR BPs and HR Location Head in their role as strategic & change partner -Continuously evaluates performance according defined Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Operating FiguresSummarizes and completes reporting within the local Organization and publishes reporting results- Collects and provides change requests towards Process Consultants to ensure effective HR IT systems**Supports HR BPs and Head of HR Location in**:- Executing Job Evaluation based on local, country or/and cooperation policies- Consulting on Compensation Policies and Programs, Benefits & Pensions to assist business needs.- Steering and facilitating annual Salary Review- Implementing a fair, equitable and competitive total compensation package that fits and is aligned to our company's strategy, business goals and Corporate values,- Considering Compensation Policies and Programs & Market Benchmarking, Policies & Programs (if not covered at a country level)- Ensuring that compensation practices are in compliance with current legislation (pay equity, human rights, etc.)- Using various methods and techniques and making data based decisions on direct financial, indirect financial and nonfinancial compensations- Participating in salary and labor market surveys to determine prevailing pay rates and benefits- Supporting the COEs in ongoing research into emerging trends, issues and best practices**Qualifications**:- Bachelor's degree in human relations, organizational psychology- Advanced English- Project Management experience- 2-4 years of experience in compensations & benefits area or similar preferably in the automotive industry, manufacturing- Experience in strategic projects affecting the organization's KPIsAbout us**About Continental**:This Business Area Vehicle Networking and Information develops modules and end-to-end systems for connected mobility along the strategic elements "Network.
