Responsibilities Include:- Secure accounting under MEXGAP and electronic accounting.- Making accounting records through exit policies, payroll, payments, banks, travel expenses, etc.- Control of accounting provisions, taxes, etc.- Weekly (literally) and month-end accounting closures on the second business day of the month.- Perform accounting reconciliations of the balance sheet and profit and loss accounts (as applied) no later than the second business day of the end of the month, assuring balances without reconciling items and if they are cleaned in the month immediately following closure.- Responsible for managing the account catalog and cost center- Support the implementation and enforcement of internal control- Registration and control of suppliers, portfolio management and care of the age of balances.- Payment scheduling: to suppliers, IMSS, SAR INFONAVIT, debtors, etc.- Cash flow, checking, petty cash, various debtors.- Ensure the safeguarding of supporting documentation of accounting, treasury, etc.,- Attention to internal and external audits without observations- Financial control of fixed assets in conjunction with the buyer for the correct codification and control of expenses related to capital projects, ensuring their capitalisation in time and form, working in coordination with the managers of the machines in the plant to ensure the safeguarding of them, making cyclical inventories.- Keep control of the CIP account (Construction in process of fixed assets)- Ensure that the Fixed Assets Policy applies to Mexican plants- Perform monthly confirmations and/or reconciliations vs Annex 24 and CEBOS databases- Support in budget preparation and projections- Backup of buyer's activities.Requirements Include:**Bachelor's** Degree**Area of specialization**: Public Accountant with 4- 8 years of experienceGeneral Accounting, Taxes, Costs, Electronic Invoicing, Treasury, Accounts payable, Internal Control.Pay: $14,161.25 - $29,266.92 per month
