Their claim to high-quality services is due to the fact that their company is structured quite differently than other Association Management companies.We are looking for a Staff Accountant to support the following activities:- Set up new associations in software including, but not limited to, preparing homeowner lists for upload, preparing and entering beginning homeowner balances, and opening bank accounts, etc.- Journal entries for miscellaneous association checks.- Complete bank reconciliations monthly.- Review Accounts Payable and Receivable.- Prepare monthly financials for a portfolio of clients.- Analyze financials for correct coding and compare budget versus actual.- Budgeting. Draft, presentation and pos it into the software.- Coordinate audit preparation and tax filings and provide necessary information to outside entities (provide info only)- Assist with financial questions and concerns from board.- Other duties as assigned**Work schedule**Monday to Friday 10:00 to 19:00 CST**We offer**:- Competitive Salary (According to experience)- Law benefits- Remote Work- Work Stability- Computer equipment- Major medical insurance- Christmas bonus of 30 days (Aguinaldo)After the 3-month probation contract, we add the following:- Minor medical insurance (Clinic may vary according to your city)- Food vouchers (10% of the gross salary)- Restaurant tickets ($2,000 pesos)- Saving fund (8% of the gross salary)**Requirements**:- **MUST: Advanced English (Strong communication skills: writing and speaking)**:- **MUST: Prepare Financial statements (Balance Sheet, P&L, Cash Flow)**:- Bachelor's degree in Accounting.- Around 3 years of experience in a similar position.- Strong understanding of accrual accounting and US GAAP.- Strong writing skills.- Critical thinking and problem-solving.- Experience explaining financial information to nonfinancial people and willingness to explain financial information to the final customer.- Experience working with excel.
