The role works closely with the Guerbet Financial and Commercial organization across LATAM and/or North America, and the Paris-based Finance team, HR, IT, and Customer Service teams.YOUR ROLELeads and manages 2 reports and process teams through planning, talent management, and retention.Responsible for R2R process and financial accounting activities which include Financial Reporting in LATAM, general ledger maintenance, financial close, full balance sheet review, tax accounting and filing, treasury, fixed assets, etc.Delivers a high standard of customer service in compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs), agreed performance indicators, Group internal controls, and Group Policies.Maintains SSC´s reputation, excellent relationships with internal clients and Group stakeholders, and sources formal feedback.With a lean mindset, identifies areas to maximize effectiveness and efficiency in the Process. Participates in improvement projects without deteriorating the quality of client delivery.Demonstrates cost responsibility, ensuring the teams have the tools, training, and resources to optimize performance in compliance with budget and objectives.Responsible for the overall performance of the team, monitoring their performance, providing timely feedback & assisting them to improve on their identified training needs.Identifies clear objectives for the team, provides coaching, career development, and feedback to the team.TEAM LEADERSHIPProvides current up-to-date information that helps staff to solve and/or anticipate problems.Motivates staff to understand and accept change in a positive manner.Inspires and motivates employees to deliver exceptional service through example, innovation, risk-taking, and a willingness to explore new ideas.Empowers and encourages the team to find creative solutions to customer issues and problems.
