The role works closely with the Guerbet Financial and Commercial organization across LATAM and/or North America, as well as the Paris-based Finance team, HR, IT, and Customer Service teams.YOUR ROLELeads and manages 2 reports and process teams through planning, talent management, and retention.Responsible for R2R process and financial accounting activities, including Financial Reporting in LATAM, general ledger maintenance, financial close, full balance sheet review, tax accounting and filing, treasury, fixed assets, etc.Delivers a high standard of customer service in compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs), agreed performance indicators, Group internal controls, and Group Policies.Maintains SSC's reputation and excellent relationships with internal clients and Group stakeholders, sourcing formal feedback.With a lean mindset, identifies areas to maximize effectiveness and efficiency in the Process.
