General Accounting Specialist

As a** General Accounting Specialist,** you will ensure that PPG assets and financial records are protected by overseeing trial balance data and account Analysis guaranteeing that accounting records are posted on time and correctly, the core function of this role provides multiple Finance support. You will report to the USCA General Accounting Supervisor. This Job is located in Queretaro #LI-Hybrid

**Responsibilities**
- Communication with internal clients and departments (payables, treasury, general ledger, fixed assets) and other operating areas in the business.
- Address minimum general ledger issues/concerns related to existing/new Finance with the supervisor´s guidance.
- Answer general accounting questions related to transactions being posted and account reconciliation procedures.
- Support business process improvement and transitions.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration.
- 2.5+ year of experience in accounting and finance or related fields.
- Advanced English skills (B1).
- Experience with MS Excel (can maintain complex spreadsheets), and ERPs: Oracle, SAP, and QAD.
