General Accounting Specialist

As a **_General Accounting Specialist_**, you will perform the Management & Incentive Accounting function.
You will accomplish and resolve miscellaneous tasks according to the controller´s manuals, ensuring procedures.
You will report to the LATAM GL SUPERVISOR.
This Job is located in Queretaro #LI-Hybrid

**Responsibilities**
- Process and upload standard journal entries, accrual, reclass, and recurring entries.
- Retain appropriate records as outlined in the Records Retention Manual.
- Journal entry preparation and processing

**Qualifications**
- 2+ years experience in the accounting department of a multinational company.
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance.
- Intermediate English skills (B1).
- Experience with MS Excel (can maintain complex spreadsheets), and ERPs: Oracle, SAP, and QAD.
