?ABOUT THE COMPANY?We are a Japanese company which provides medical services mainly for Japanese all over the world.?POSITION REQUIREMENTS?- Lic. Administration or related- Minimum 3 years of experience in general affairs and accounting fields- Office(Excel, Powerpoint, Words)- Punctuality- Over 70% of English communication------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Good understanding of accounting, and willingness to learn- Ability to perform in a high-volume, fast-paced office environment- Proven ability to work independently as well as a productive member of a team- Exceptional organizational and time-management focus- Interpersonal with good communicative skills, as well as strong relationship-building skills.- Must be a team player with impeccable honesty and integrity?MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE POSITION?-Well Communication with managers in Spanish and English- Dealing with suppliers.- Payments- Make reports for processes- Management of the GA services purchasing budget- Expense management- Monthly reports in Excel- Assist general budget management- Research?WHAT WE OFFER?-Monthly Salary: 10,000 MXN- Work schedule from 9:00 am - 6:00 pm.
