Job RequirementsGeneral Counsel/Lawyer (Bilingual)**Reports to**: General Director**Work Attendance**: Hybrid Scheme (3 Days at home, 2 at the office)**Job Location**: San Pedro Garza Garcia, Nuevo LeonObjectiveAddress the legal needs of the company, both corporate, regulatory, labour and litigation, complying with existing regulations to provide legal certainty.**Responsibilities**:Address legal needs of the company, anticipating ensuring compliance with applicable regulations and preventing, mitigating, and resolving contingencies.Provide support by advising on the daily operation of the company, strategic projects, and other needs.Review and prepare various contracts to confirm the company's policies, guaranteeing the best contractual conditions for the company.Carry out the corporate governance of the company, including assemblies, boards of directors, granting of powers and other corporate needs, inventorying and safeguarding all corporate documents and powers of attorney, registering each document physically and digitally to have access to the corporate information of each company, including notarial procedures required in the operation.Know and monitor compliance with group policies and guidelines, implementing monitoring and control mechanisms defined in coordination with the company's Compliance area.Coordinate the attention of contentious needs in civil, commercial, labour, tax, criminal matters and any other that may arise, in coordination with the Legal Department of the company in Mexico.Implement and validate compliance with corporate policies regarding contracts with third parties, conflict of interest and code of conduct.Work ExperienceTechnical knowledgeLaw degree. *Advanced English. *Knowledge and experience in Corporate and Corporate matters. *Knowledge and experience in civil, commercial, labour and criminal law.**Geographic scope**: National.ExperienceMinimum experience of 5 years in contract matters. *Minimum experience of 4 years in the Corporate and Corporate Governance area.
