We're looking for a motivated and driven **General Ledger Accountant**who will help us shape our team, drive the company to the next level, and have the most direct influence on our success.
**Your Tasks - Paint the world green**- Prepares monthly balance sheet reconciliations- Prepares and books monthly journal entries- Provides financial/analytical support to various departments- Participates in ERP roll-out of new countries- Identifies opportunities for process improvements- Ability to prepare clear and concise documentation- Assist in various areas of financial reporting, month, quarter and year-end close, and/or other daily/monthly accounting processes- Performs additional duties as assigned**Your Profile - Ready to hop on board**- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Accounting or Finance- Solid knowledge in Accounting and Mexican VAT legislation- Experience in IFRS and other areas of accounting (AR/AP/Cash management/Fixed Assets/Inventory)- Accounting certification, e.G.
CPA, ACCA, other- Experience with a month end close process, reconciliations, and recording into an ERP- Largely self-directed, able to seek out objectives and complete them with mínimal management input- Ability to work under pressure and experience in transformation/transition- System experience with ERP required, ORACLE Fusion as a plus- Fluent in English**Our Perks - More than just a job**:- You have an impact.
