What you can look forward to as General Ledger: Responsible for GL & FA activities. Create, calculate, and post journal entries. GL and FA accounts reconciliation. Inter-company account balancing. GL & FA accounts analysis. FA depreciation calculations. CIP reconciliation. FA capitalization process. Month-end closings and trial balance submissions to headquarters. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting packages. GL and FA additional projects as required. Must be able to effectively communicate and interact with various levels of operating unit and headquarters personnel. Ensure all policies & procedures are updated & documented as necessary and encourage excellent customer service to ZF operating units and corporate finance. Your Profile as General Ledger: Accounting or Finance Degree. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of GL and FA experience. 80-90% bilingual in English/Spanish. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. High attention to detail. A proactive approach with a dedication to teamwork. Outstanding customer service and continuous improvement are essential. Very good computer skills using MS Office; knowledge in SAP/QAD systems will be a plus. Knowledge of MX and US GAAP. Strong experience in internal controls.
