General Maintenance

Overview:Ensure that the property is in optimal conditions for its use.Perform small fixes and report major repairs needed**Job Description**:- General and routine maintenance of facility, including yard, shops and offices.- Assisting in a variety of repairs to buildings, equipment and tools (both indoor and outdoor).- General and routine inspection and specified maintenance of specified equipment, such as air compressors, paint booth filters, bridge plates, hoist lubrication.- Minor repairs to small hand-held tools, such as battery operated tools for Accessory Shop.- Fabricating special tools for accessory programs.- Other duties as assigned.Job Requirements:- Aptitude for working with small hand-held tools such as drills, screwdrivers, wrenches, etc.- Aptitude for minor maintenance work on equipment such as carwash, bridge plates and rail tools.- Capable of routinely bending, stretching, and lifting and carrying heavy objects (up to 50 lb).Pay Type : Hourly
