General Manager Assistant, Worldwide Operations

High school or equivalent- Are 18 years of age or older- 2+ years of experience delivering support to one or two Sr. Manager or Director roles.- 2+ years of experience managing travel reservations.At Amazon, we're working to be the most customer-centric company on earth. If you'd like to help us build the place to find and buy anything online, this is your chance to make history.**Job requirements**:- Can lift up to 49 pounds, stand/walk during shifts lasting up to 12 hours, and be able to frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach- Work 48 hours/week, and overtime as required- Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidaysKey job responsibilities- Photocopying, faxing, typing meeting notes, making travel arrangements.- Creating presentations using graphics.- Completing expense reports, maintaining schedules, plan events, and coordinate meetings and events for our Fulfillment Center.- Leading Daily Operational meetings as needed and document follow up actions.- Curate key documents for the Site.- Experience with end-to-end project management- Understanding of how to create a basic expense and reimbursement report.- Management of fixed budgets for office administration, on-site events, meetings.- Strong background of administrative, secretarial support or other management
