We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to support the General Manager and Fulfillment Center Operations team. The successful candidate will be highly organized, extremely detail oriented, self-motivated, able to handle confidential information, as well as a demonstrated ability to respond effectively to changing workloads and priorities. You must have the ability to communicate well and to manage multiple assignments and people simultaneously.
Job RequirementsCan lift up to 49 pounds, stand/walk during shifts lasting up to 12 hours, and be able to frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reachWork a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidaysKey Job ResponsibilitiesPhotocopying, faxing, typing meeting notes, making travel arrangementsCreating presentations using graphicsCompleting expense reports, maintaining schedules, planning events, and coordinating meetings for our Fulfillment Center StaffBASIC QUALIFICATIONS2+ years of working with computers and Microsoft Office products and applications experienceHigh school or equivalentExperience with Microsoft Office products and applicationsAre 18 years of age or older2+ years of experience delivering support to one or two Sr. Manager or Director roles2+ years of experience managing travel reservationsPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONSExperience with end-to-end project managementUnderstanding of how to create a basic expense and reimbursement reportManagement of fixed budgets for office administration, on-site events, meetingsStrong background of administrative, secretarial support or other managementAmazon is committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace.
