The successful candidate will be highly organized, extremely detail oriented, self-motivated, able to handle confidential information, as well as a demonstrated ability to respond effectively to changing workloads and priorities. You must have the ability to communicate well and to manage multiple assignments and people simultaneously.Job requirements:- Can lift up to 49 pounds, stand/walk during shifts lasting up to 12 hours, and be able to frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach- Work 48 hours/week, and overtime as required- Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidaysKey job responsibilities- Photocopying, faxing, typing meeting notes, making travel arrangements.- Creating presentations using graphics.- Completing expense reports, maintaining schedules, plan events, and coordinate meetings and events for our Fulfillment Center.- Leading Daily Operational meetings as needed and document follow up actions.- Curate key documents for the Site.- 2+ years of working with computers and Microsoft Office products and applications experience- High school or equivalent- Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications- Are 18 years of age or older- 2+ years of experience delivering support to one or two Sr. Manager or Director roles.- 2+ years of experience managing travel reservations.
