**General Manager**Visible leader holding overall responsibility for production of quality products and services in efficient and timely manner. Directs the management team at the site, identifying and developing leadership within the team. Creates a trust and openness work environment focused on Operational goals fulfillment.**Main Responsibilities**- Leading the operational organization to improve the performance that meets the established goals aligned with the commitments to the customers and to the scoreboard at the plant level, aligned with the corporate level.- Assures balanced tactical and strategic production plans considering demand, product introduction, equipment efficiency, materials supply constraints, schedules, and staffing requirements.- Develops annual operating plans, operating budget, and capital budgets.- Responsible to oversee manufacturing cost accounting controls, promoting cost and inventory reduction initiatives.- Serve as primary champion for quality improvement, Lean and Six Sigma programs at the site. Annual integration and execution of the Lean transformation plan.- Establish a problem-solving culture with engaged work force in all levels and functions of the organization- Follow a key metrics monitor system — scorecard visible by work cell, towards achieving Operational goals, including safety, quality, on time delivery, productivity and WIP. Include the material availability escalation process motivating early planning-buyer-supplier interaction to prevent material shortages.- Deployment of environmental, health and safety policies and procedures: Ensure workplace training and safety plans are fully implemented and compliant with safety, environmental and health requirements, interfacing with local, state, and federal agencies as required.- Maintain engagement with local community.- Responsible for labor and employee relations at the site. Review salary planning for all employees.- Responsible of assuring the team meets legal requirements such as the submit of federal and state tax reports, social security, and export activity reports. Maintain labor, safety, environmental, health, fire, customs and immigration license, certification and permits as required by applicable laws and regulations- Review audits of the accounting and fiscal areas of the company.- Member of the maquiladora association, to promote and protect sector benefits.**Knowledge and/or Experience Required**- 10 years of experience in leadership positions in the Maquiladora Industry- Advanced English- Valid visa to travel to the United States- ISO 13485, ISO 14971, CMDR, MDR, J-PAL, MDSAP, 21 CFR 820 and FDA regulations (desirable)- First-hand experience with plastics and/or silicone manufacturing processes, and process validations (desirable)Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSalario: $200,000.00 - $210,000.00 al mesHorario:- Turno de 8 horasPrestaciones:- Seguro de gastos médicos- Seguro de gastos médicos mayores- Seguro de vida- Vales de despensa
