**General Manager**Take part in the launch of a 24 unit boutique hotel & residence in the heart of Punta Mita. As a General Manager, you will have help lead and define the pre-opening operations and coordinate with owners to insure a highly organized and well operated resort with impeccably trained staff.**Summary**Manage all aspects of the hotel operations; this includes guest & resident satisfaction, revenue management, sales & marketing, front desk & concierge, housekeeping, maintenance and other administration needs as well as employee staffing & development,A successful General Manager will collaboratively partner with the Sales and reservations as well as Food and Beverage Director, to develop strategic business objectives and goals that result in optimizing the business's performance and profitability.**Main Duties**- Take full reponsability of the hotel on behalf of ownership- Works closely with the F&B Manager to set and achieve sales objectives and revenue maximization.- Coordinate and supervise the preparation of the Annual Business Plan and forecast of the different heads of departments.- Strategically analyze business performance, comparing it with the accuracy of the forecast and taking appropriate action.- Proactively manage costs based on performance indicators.- Maximize employee productivity through multi-skills, multi-tasking and flexible schedules to meet the financial goals of the business as well as guest expectations.- Establish and maintain a comprehensive preventative maintenance program and supervises the inventory management and maintenance of Hotel equipment and other assets.- Designs hotel policies and procedures and ensures local rules and regulations related to financial record keeping, cash handling, licensing and health & safety are respected and followed.- Maintain an impeccably clean, safe and inviting atmosphere inside and out.- Creates an environment in which all associates have the ability to reach their full potential.- Maintains a pleasant, safe and respectful work environment.- Continually interact with and motivate all staff members.- Gerente support repost, review monthly or quarterly, financial statement, P&L station, accounts, study suggest options/ manners op improvements**Requirements & Skills**- Minimum of Bachelors degree in Hospitality mangement- Age range: 30 to 50 years- Proven working experience for minimum 2+ years as a General Manager in luxury boutique hotels- Reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English and Spanish language.- Computer operating skills including MS Office/Excel and reservation platforms- Result driven- Highly organized, efficient and detail oriented- Must be able to deliver results and work without supervision- Naturally hospitable- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships (internal/external)- Highly activities in waterTipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSalario: $100,000.00 al mesHorario:- Turno de 8 horas
