Accountable for understanding all requirements of each job reporting to this position, ensuring each person is performing all requirements of the job and providing adequate training and development as necessary. Identifying opportunities to utilize and monetize excess space. Responsible for selecting, training, motivating and developing their staff as well as acting as a facilitator. Gather, organize and analyze data regarding key business drivers to present information in a manner that is meaningful by using metrics and analytics.Experiência y requisitos7+ years of experience in high volume production and preferably some experience in a medical device company (experience with FDA 21 CFR part 820, ISO 9000, and other international and national standards). 3+ years in a Senior Operations or General Manager role. Minimum education, B.S. degree (Master's degree preferred). Clear and concise communication: seamlessly partner with others ranging from hourly employees to executives. Bilingual - English & Spanish language required. Lean & Six Sigma experience preferred. Proven ability to create structure in an unstructured, hyper-growth environment. Process- and data-driven mindset. LEVEL OF ENGLISH FLUENCY: Advanced (Reading and Writing that allow fluid Presentations).
