Trackonomy is headquartered in San Jose, California, in the heart of Silicon Valley.**Summary**Using your engineering background, you will be primarily responsible for overall factory management including activities in production to meet production goals, quality, productivity, and cost objectives. You have experience with NPI in a remote engineering facility and your manufacturing line has achieved certification. You will directly or indirectly manage operations, quality, and engineering, plan and administer procedures and budgets.Reporting directly to EVP, Operations, you will run a multi-shift manufacturing line including the hiring of people on the line, supervisors and managers.**Requirements**:- Manages all personnel related activities within your area of responsibility throughout the Plant interacting with various levels of management.- Manage a manufacturing line including final assembly and test of products to include PCBA (both high mix low volume and low mix high volume.)- Lead management team in the weekly review of performance and setting of strategy to achieve production and revenue targets.- Establish and maintain strong internal customer relationships through performance that results in the profitable recurring business plus providing the opportunities for growth into additional new business
