We're a chain of hostels with expansion plans in all Latin America!
Right now we have 20 hostels in Colombia, Argentina, Uruguay, México, Ecuador, Perú and Miami.
We are looking for a passionate and experienced person to take over the management of our new hostel in Oaxaca (México)

We're searching for a Hostel Manager that provides leadership, support and guidance to the hostel operations team.
He or she will ensure that guests are comfortable, and their needs are met at all times.
**Requirements**:
Previous experience in hospitality in managing positions.
Excellent communication skills.
Fluent Spanish and English.
Strong people management and negotiation skills.
Enjoys interacting and meeting people from different countries.
Passion for making others happy and comfortable.
