To succed with the production goalsEXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.- 3-5 years of experience in production management.KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND CERTIFICATIONS- Autonomous- Highly objective driven and oriented.- Good technical skills.- Team Player- Strong communication and coordination skills- Bilingual 80%- Hands on mentality- OEE Understanding- Lean Manufacturing Techniques.- Knowledge on Fabrication ProcessesMAIN TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES- Coordinate production supervisors.- Maintain production operations, equipment and program.- Develop and coordinate quality control to reduce and/or eliminate quality problems.- Good communication with customers and services departments.- Meet production goals.- Any other duties or responsibilities as assigned by the department supervisor.- Performs activities related to safety.- Participate in compliance with the QMS (Quality Management System) determined for their role in**relation to the standard ISO9001**: 2015.- Comply with safety rules according to the function.- Comply in time planned trainings related to Quality and Training.- Identify and report any quality and compliance issues and support corrective actions
