Lead projects related to the engagement of ABL employees (improve work environment). Regularly lead and manage people such as technical trainers on the big events on the different facilities, it can be inside of the plants or outside. Ensure that the offices and common areas are in optimal conditions. Follow-up and deployment of SG Policies and Procedures. Follow up on action plans for compliance with applicable legal and regulatory aspects.Key Tasks & Responsibilities (Essential Functions)Coordination and contact of General Services providers (dining room, transportation, events).Coordination of Coffee, Snack, Meals for Meetings, visits.Lead and execute engagement projects (best place to work, facilities, events, training etc).Audit of the legal compliance of general service providers.Management and lead co-workers on special events (big event around 6-8 times/year).Audit and assurance of standards in common areas (dining room, transportation, restrooms, etc).Support in company events, inside and outside the ABL facilities.Skills and Minimum Experience RequiredAssociate's Degree or Technical Degree or equivalent.3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role.English; Desirable conversational level.We value diversity and are an equal opportunity organization.
