Role Overview:
The General Virtual Assistant will manage emails, tasks, and follow-ups, assisting the sales team with proposal preparation and project coordination.
Key Responsibilities: Manage daily email communication and follow-up tasks.Assist with proposal preparation and project initiation.Coordinate communication between clients, vendors, and the internal team.Help push team members to meet deadlines.Learn and utilize company software for task management. Qualifications: Proficient in email management and task organization.Strong communication skills in both English and Spanish.Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to software systems.Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently.Familiarity with construction or project management is a plus.
