**How You'll Help Us Connect the World**
The HR Generalist will report to the HR Business Manager and have a dotted line to the applicable Global HR Generalists. Major responsibilities include o Managing and submitting Employee Central (EC) changes to keep the HR Information System up to date and running audits to ensure accuracy. Educate managers on how to use Employee Central (EC) and submit requests accordingly. o Advising/coaching on industrial and employee relations situations, policies and processes o Working through the most effective utilization of human resources for the purposes of achieving strategic and operational objectives and supporting all aspects of the Employee Life Cycle and HR Global Programs o Pro-actively participate in projects and drive change management.
**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Tracking Requisitions in EC to hire Hourly and Salary Positions.
- Conduct and coordinate the hiring process such as interviews, pre-employment test and background checks, in order to reduce turnover and develop a quality workforce hourly position and support Corporate Recruiters for salary positions on the Site.
- In charge of organization development plans in site.
- Follow-up the Growing Program to improve the workforce to help BU´s to cover internal open positions.
- Follow-up the Annual Diversity and Inclusion Program to training our workforce.
- Follow-up the Major and Minor Medical Expenses for Salary employees.
- Follow-up every day the workflow of Purchasing Order Tracking - Ariba-SAP of HR
- Follow-up Focus Groups like cafeteria, events, transportation, work environment and training to improve the Organizational Culture.
- In charge of general activities in the department, preparation of the Weekly HR Bulletin to publish several topics according to our Organizational Culture in the dining room.

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- 5-8 years of experience in recruiting, labor relations, and knowledge of wage and compensation practices.
- English intermediate advance.
- Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
- Effective in teamwork situations
