- Bachelor´s Degree in Administration, Psychology, International affairs or Law - Over 2 years of experience with the position, in Maquiladora environment - Fluid English, written and spoken - Advanced Office and Tress skills - Knowledge of LFT, IMSS, STPS (preferred) - Results-oriented, innovated and analytical with a drive for change - Self started, self motivator, risk taker with strong goal orientation - Great attitude and team work
