.DescripciónBRIEF:The Human Resources Coordinator assists with and facilitates human resources process at the assigned business area.
The position resolves for payroll, benefits, associate relations day to day questions from the associates.
In partnership with local management and Manager of HR, helps implements process, build and sustain an environment of collaboration, constant communication that aligns with MSC Culture and Code of Conduct.
The HR Coordinator also ensures that plans are administered in accordance to legal and company regulations.
Provides administrative supports to the Human Resources function including timekeeping, file maintenance and onboarding experience.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESAdministers day-to-day aspects of associate relations, records maintenance, payroll, benefits, and special projects.In partnership with Talent Acquisition Partners (TAP) and Hiring Managers (HM), responsible of the onboarding experience of new associates.
This includes but not limited to creating individual files, communicating with IT, Benefits Vendor, Payroll and others; lead Day One activities: greeting and providing facility tour, scheduling lunch, setting up workstation, etc.Conduct New Associate Orientation sessions to educate new hires on MSC policies and procedures as well as location-specific policies.Assists TAP With scheduling MSC participation in recruiting events including on and off-site job fairs and on-campus recruiting.Ensure compliance with associate's file and other required documentation.Partners with local leaders in coordinating and implementing local activities, celebrations and creating communication board i.E.
Birthdays, Milestones, Company updates, Departmental collaboration meeting, etc.Assist in the administration of associates' leave of absence, including providing paperwork to associates, following up to ensure receipt of all required information, and communicating leave status to associates and supervisors.Assists HR Manager in conducting accurate and timely investigations and follow-up as it relates to associate relations issues.Conducts exit interviews and evaluates the data from these interviews to determine possible areas for improvement.Maintains strict confidentiality of associate and other sensitive information.Manages local Human Resources reporting and ensures reports are distributed as necessary.Fosters the MSC Culture in the department and throughout the company to ensure unity of purpose and fulfillment of MSC's mission.Data Entry of all reviews and Merit spreadsheet data roll upParticipates in special projects and performs additional duties as requiredFosters the MSC Culture in the department and throughout the company to ensure fulfillment of MSC's vision and unity of purposeQUALIFICATIONS What You Need:Bachelor's Degree or the equivalent experience is required.
Major in Business or Human Resources preferred.One year of human resources experience required
