**The Opportunity**
Plays a critical role as a Business Partner by understanding business objectives and implementing new strategies to achieve continuous improvements in productivity, business outcomes, and talent development at both individual and team levels within the company. Leads and manages the development of the HR and talent strategy for Operations Staff PMF by collaborating closely with teams and overseeing the planning, controlling, and coordination of Human Resources initiatives.
**Your Impact**
As **Human Resources Generalist **your responsibilities would consist of:
- Address operational needs through project development in collaboration with specialist areas.
- Design and lead various projects independently, with a strong focus on delivering effective solutions.
- Partner with business leaders to assess the talent pipeline and develop strategies to ensure succession plans for critical roles.
- Ensure continuous development and advancement of employees in partnership with the Talent Management team.
- Develop, lead, and execute team strategies to improve organizational health and culture, ensuring high levels of employee commitment.
- Lead and fully executed key talent initiatives that align with PepsiCo's vision within the leadership team of Operations PMF (LG1+ -à 18 HC)
- Responsible for supporting OPSLT and project managers in making decisions and completing projects
- Follow through decisions and pending actions, establish the forums for follow up, remove barriers and ensure project implementation
- Identify key projects issues (i.e. lack of cross functional coordination) and enable resolution
- Execute HR processes for the GP with excellence, including talent acquisition, onboarding, personnel movements, and separations.
- Develop and implement innovative strategies for Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) and the PepsiCo Way, including the organizational climate survey within the GP Areal.
- Lead, monitor, and resolve internal and external labor issues in compliance with Mexican regulations and company policies.
- Manage the Talent Development Strategy in alignment with PepsiCo's People Control Strategy and Development Programs.
- Lead and manage the budget related to People Costs for the OPS Staff areas, ensuring alignment with the Total Rewards Team.
- Ensure the necessary personnel are in place for GP operations, supporting directors and managers in identifying workforce needs

Qualifications:

**Key skills and experience required**:
- Bachelor's Degree required; major in Industrial/Labor Relations, Human Resources Management, psychology, or other related field preferred
- Experience in industrial plant, warehouse
- 2 Years experience in Human Resources as a Generalist or HRBP in warehouse or similar.
- English Intermediate
- Excellent communication Skills - Must possess strong verbal and written communication skill and have the ability to present his/her point of view in varied business situations
- Effective networking skills with different levels of the organization
- Ability to coordinate multiple agendas and align various stakeholders with the function
- Ability to problem-solve and translate concepts into actions
