Geochemical And Gas - Laboratory Technician

**Location: Milan/Houston**Geolog Technologies is looking to add a GRADUATED Laboratory Technician with specific knowledge in the field of the most advanced instrumental analytical chemistry.**MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS**- Bachelor's or master's degree in chemistry or Geochemistry or equivalent- Excellent knowledge of the English language, written and spoken.- Willingness to travel internationally- Experience in GeoChemical and/or Gas Analisys LabsFollowing an initial integration period of minimum 6 months in Milan, Italy, the position will be based in a Geolog key operating base (e.G. Houston).**COMPETENCIES**- Knowledge and ability to use the following equipment:- GC-FID- GC-MS- XRF- GC-IRMS- TOC and Pyrolysis- XRD- Previous experience in petroleum geochemistry is preferred.- Demonstrable track record of dealing well with ambiguity, prioritizing needs, and delivering results in a dynamic environment- High attention to detail, strong verbal and written communication skills- Ability to adapt to dynamic, ever-changing environment- Commitment for timely delivery- Solution-oriented and ability to work in a multidisciplinary team**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent**Salary**: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per month**Education**:- High school or equivalent (required)**Experience**:- Lab in Oil Industry: 5 years (required)**Language**:- English (required)Willingness to travel:- 50% (required)Work Location: On the road
