**Job Title: Investment Management Manager****Zurich insurance company invites you to be part of the team of its team**:**As Investment Management Manager you will**:- Support the local implementation for Strategic Asset Allocation and Tactical Asset Allocation positioning with the Asset Manager selected- Monitor portfolios on credit risk, interest rate risk and currency risk exposure.
Coordinate with AM corrective trades to solve any deviation from guidelines- Set-up appropriate ISDAs and IMAs where deemed appropriate.- Establish guidelines and ensure compliance with Group governance standards (ZRP)- Ensure all regulatory requirements in relation to the tied asset pools and coverage.- Coordinate BU's monthly and quarterly Investment Committee required by Mexican regulation- Prepare documents to support the development of investment recommendations- Lead, supported by IAA, local finance teams, and external Ams adequate outsourcing of asset classes, and where applicable, sufficient resources/staffing/skill set for in-sourced mandates**Your skills and experience**:- 5+ years of experience.- Experience in the implementation and oversight of investment portfolios- Fluent written and spoken EnglishWe foster a culture of diversity and inclusion.
