.**Description**This position leads highly complex, high profile, or enterprise-wide IT project/programs consisting of multiple projects. It plans and coordinates all aspects of internal information system-specific projects from initiation to delivery. Projects often involve network, server, or software implementation and upgrades, end user services and the like. It coordinates work performed by IT staff and internal customers/partners by defining project requirements, scope, budget, KPIs, risks, and value driven outcomes. This position develops detailed program level plans that communicate major milestones and critical dependencies. It manages all implementation processes including resource allocation, milestone and dependency tracking, progress tracking, monitoring change control process, KPIs, testing, adoption, documentation, training, and on-time delivery within budget constraints. Interprets internal or external business issues and recommends best practices.Works independently and receives mínimal guidance. Solves complex problems; takes a new perspectiveusing existing solutions. Leads projects with moderate scope, risks, and resource requirements. Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience. Preferred experience managing IT Application Development projects and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).**Working Conditions**- This position has a regular full time schedule with a normal work week of Monday through Friday.
