.**Description**:This position is responsible for infrastructure maintenance and oversees a company's grounds, buildings and equipment to ensure that the various workspace are safe and functional. Duties include negotiating contracts with service providers, inspecting facilities to meet safety regulations and coordinating renovations, updates and the Project Management of infrastructure projects such as construction, rehabilitation, modifications, concession maintenance of all buildings to improve operation and comply with state and government regulations.Providing a safe, secure and productive workplace that meets all necessary regulatory requirements is required for this role. Reports to a people leader at a higher career level.***:**Accountabilities**:- Plans and coordinates all installations and refurbishments- Inspects buildings structures to determine the need for repairs or renovations- Keeps budget control by means of charts that are updated daily with charges to the project and subsequently with a monthly update, comparing it with the actual expense charged in SAP, to ensure that this does not generate charges that do not correspond to the project and the purpose Controlling the budget will not go beyond what is allowed and this also helps if the project requires an additional budget to make the request in advance, avoiding affecting the development of the project.- Plans through work schedules and analyzes activities based on company needs and work processes; these schedules are reviewed weekly, serving as a reminder of next week's commitments, and thus, coordinates all participants involved in the project to keep project delivery to Operations on time.- Controls the supply and movement of materials through processing requests to launch and follows-up with the purchasing area to obtain materials on site at the time that is mainly required to avoid delays in work and possible claims in downtime by the contractor
