Visit cpkcr.Com to learn about the CPKC advantage, our purpose and culture.DescriptionThis position reviews and analyzes from the technical point of view and compliance with the Regulatory Law of Railway Service and its Regulations as well as the Mexican Official Standards and applicable regulations, the projects of third parties that intend to place works in the Concessioned Right of Way (DVC), such as subway crossings, aerial crossings, level and overhead crossings as well as marginal facilities. According to the analysis performed, prepares the responses to the letters official received from the SICT Centers or the DGDFM. He is in charge of the control and administration of all the documentation of the procedures, supervises in the field the works that may represent a risk to the railway infrastructure so that they are carried out in accordance with the executive projects approved by the authority.AccountabilitiesRespond within the legally established timeframe to requests from the SICT Centers, the DGDFM and DVC users.Generates internal inquiries with the different areas to obtain comments on the executive projects received by the SICT or the DGDFM.Calculates the amount of the considerations that DVC users must cover for works to be carried out in the DVC.Prepares and sends the guidelines that users must comply with to carry out works in the DVC.Requests contracts for the legal area and follows up on the signatures of the same, and administers them.Once the users comply with all the requirements, generates the corresponding permits to start the works in the DVC.Coordinates and controls from start to finish the works authorized by the SICT to be carried out in the DVC.Provides information to the internal areas so that the work windows are coordinated with the CCO and responsible in the work area.Generates reports and statistics of the projects presented by the authority.Keeps control of the historical archive in physical and digital form for the necessary internal consultations.Maintains an updated kmz file of the works executed in the DVC.Participation in meetings with the three levels of government on issues related to works projects in the DVC.Ideal Candidate QualificationsRequiredBachelor's degree from an accredited college or university, preferably in a field of study in civil engineering, industrial engineering or architecture
