We are seeking a detail-oriented, organized and smart Financial Administrator to take care of all our financial accounting of our chain of Gudis Mini-Supers. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining financial records, processing transactions, ensuring compliance with regulations (incl permits), financial reporting and payroll.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Financial Record Keeping and Reporting**:

- Maintain accurate financial records
- Prepare and process invoices, payments.
- Perform regular reconciliations of bank statements and financial accounts.
- Prepare and analyze weekly financial reports.

**Payroll Processing**:

- Manage and oversee the payroll processing for all employees, including salary, overtime, commissions, and bonuses.
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of payroll on weekly basis.
- Review and approve payroll data changes, including new hires, terminations, and adjustments.

You will be part of the small management team, giving direction to our chain of Mini-Supers and aiding in the expansion. You will report directly to the owner.

Pay: $17,000.00 - $21,000.00 per month
