GREAT OPPORTUNITY FOR SMART ADMINISTRATOR! WE ARE STILL RECRUITING!We are seeking a detail-oriented, organized and smart Financial Administrator to take care of all our financial accounting of our chain of Gudis Mini-Supers. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining financial records, processing transactions, ensuring compliance with regulations (incl permits), financial reporting and payroll.**Key Responsibilities**:**Financial Record Keeping and Reporting**:- Maintain accurate financial records- Prepare and process invoices, payments.- Perform regular reconciliations of bank statements and financial accounts.- Prepare and analyze weekly financial reports.**Payroll Processing**:- Manage and oversee the payroll processing for all employees, including salary, overtime, commissions, and bonuses.- Ensure timely and accurate processing of payroll on weekly basis.- Review and approve payroll data changes, including new hires, terminations, and adjustments.You will be part of the small management team, giving direction to our chain of Mini-Supers and aiding in the expansion.
